Try http://www.ezine-tips.com/. It's part of Brian Alt and Christopher Knight's group of great ezines for ezine publishers, editors and writers -- all are available at http://list-universe.com. There you'll also find list-tips.com, ezineseek.com, topezines.com, list-etiquette.com, list-lingo.com, list-moderators.com, list-a-day.com, etc -- in short, a lot of good, free resources.
You should also be subscribed to two "must-haves" in the ezine publishing world: EzineSeek Informer and EPUB (available at http://ezineseek.com/ezines.shtml). There's also http://www.ezineuniversity.com and http://ezinesuccess.com.
